1. About Hiyori
Hiyori is operated by Heron Technology LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 1021 E Lincolnway Suite #10592, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. For support or privacy requests, contact [email protected].
Hiyori is a personal AI assistant delivered through WhatsApp and this website. It helps with planning, writing, saved preferences, reminders, and web research. These terms apply when you use Hiyori or purchase a subscription.
2. Using the service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Use a WhatsApp number you are authorised to use. Messaging Hiyori creates an account linked to your number automatically; there is no separate registration form. Keep your device and sign-in codes secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. WhatsApp use is also subject to its own terms.
Do not use Hiyori for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement of others’ rights, or attempts to bypass service limits or access another person’s information. Only share content you have permission to provide. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
3. AI responses and actions
Hiyori generates responses using AI. Answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, even when sources are provided. Check important information before relying on it. Hiyori is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice or an emergency service.
Web research depends on access to public websites. Some sites may be unavailable or block access. Hiyori does not currently make purchases, complete bookings, or sign in to third-party accounts for you. A scheduled reminder sends the agreed message; it does not perform a future research task.
Message delivery and availability depend on WhatsApp, network connections, and other service providers. Do not rely on Hiyori as your only reminder for a critical deadline.
4. Free access, subscriptions, and payments
Hiyori offers the following plans for personal use:
- Free: $0, with 20 requests and 2 web searches per day. No payment method is required. This is an ongoing free plan, not an expiring trial, and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- Monthly: $9.99 USD billed each month, with 200 requests and 30 web searches per day.
- Yearly: $99.99 USD billed in one payment each year, with 200 requests and 30 web searches per day. The yearly price is not a monthly instalment plan.
Both paid intervals provide the same daily allowances and service limits. Paid access offers higher allowances, not unlimited use. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval until cancelled. The total price, any taxes charged, and billing interval are shown before you confirm checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed. Using the free plan or reaching a limit never authorises a subscription charge.
How daily allowances work
Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC, regardless of your account timezone, and unused allowances do not carry over. A request is an incoming text message admitted for assistant processing, including each follow-up question. It counts once when processing starts, even if processing later fails or you cancel it. Automatic retries and multiple replies to the same request do not count as additional requests. Messages rejected before processing because an allowance or queue is full do not count.
STOP, START, CANCEL, CANCEL RESEARCH, sign-in codes, and delivery of existing reminders do not consume the request allowance. Asking Hiyori to create or change a reminder, save a memory, or research something is a request and does count. Search actions have a separate daily cap within your requests; they are not extra messages added to the request allowance. Each search attempt counts, including a failed attempt, and one research request may use several searches.
At the daily request limit, further assistant requests are unavailable until the next reset or a voluntary upgrade that provides remaining allowance. At a web-action limit, that action is unavailable but you can still use any remaining allowance for other supported actions. There are no token top-up purchases or automatic overage fees. Upgrading or ending paid access does not reset usage already counted that day; the remaining allowance is calculated using your current plan and that day's usage.
Other service limits
One request runs at a time per person, with up to 10 unfinished requests in total, including the active request. Messages support up to 4,000 characters. Browser activity lasts up to two minutes per request, with up to 3 searches, 5 page reads or navigations, and 2 screenshots, subject to the remaining daily allowances. Both free and paid plans have daily limits of 40 page reads or navigations and 10 screenshots. Both allow up to 30 active reminders, recurring no more than hourly, and up to 100 saved memories of up to 1,000 characters each. Processing and context limits may require splitting a large request into smaller requests. Account sharing, automated bulk requests, and using multiple numbers or other methods to bypass limits are not permitted.
Renewals and cancellation
Manage billing and cancel renewal through Manage billing in Your space. Normal cancellation stops future renewals and leaves paid access available until the end of the already-paid period shown in the billing portal. It does not automatically refund a payment already made. If you cannot access the portal, contact support before your next renewal.
When the paid period ends, your account returns to the free plan. A failed renewal does not extend paid access beyond the period already paid for. Returning to the free plan does not delete your memories or reminders. Existing reminders remain subject to your notification preferences and service availability. Sending STOP, cancelling a reminder, signing out, or simply not using Hiyori does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy for billing concerns, withdrawal requests, and mandatory remedies. Any future price change will be disclosed before it applies to a renewal.
5. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorise us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process that content as needed to provide Hiyori, including generating replies, saving requested memories, and delivering reminders. AI output may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that it is free of third-party rights.
You can delete saved memories and cancel reminders in Your space. Deleting a saved memory does not also erase the original message from conversation history. Contact us about access to or deletion of other account information.
6. Suspension, changes, and responsibility
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, address a security issue, comply with law, or investigate billing fraud. An unpaid renewal alone returns the account to the free plan after the paid period ends, rather than removing free access. We may update features and limits and will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Nothing here removes any remedy you have if we fail to provide a paid service as required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. This choice does not deprive consumers of protections or rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction where those rights apply.
8. Questions and changes to these terms
Contact us using the details above for service or billing concerns. Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required by applicable law, with the updated date shown on this page. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to use competent courts remain unaffected.
