Start with the constraints

Share the tasks, your available time, and anything that has to happen at a particular hour. Mention travel time or how much energy you have. That gives Hiyori enough context to suggest an order instead of a generic checklist.

Adjust the plan as the day changes

If a task takes longer than expected, send a follow-up: “I only have 45 minutes left. What should I move?” You can ask for a shorter list, a first step, or help breaking a large task into smaller ones.

Turn a plan into a useful nudge

Once you know what you want to do, ask for a reminder at a specific time. Planning a task in conversation does not automatically schedule it. Hiyori confirms separately when it saves a reminder.

Does Hiyori connect to my calendar?

Hiyori does not currently read or edit your calendar. Tell it about relevant appointments in the chat so it can account for them in a suggested plan.

Is this only for work tasks?

No. Use it for errands, household jobs, study sessions, weekend ideas, or a mix of everything. You decide what matters.

Can it complete the tasks for me?

Hiyori can help plan, draft text, find information, and set reminders. It does not currently make purchases, complete bookings, or carry out physical errands.

How much does it cost to get started?

Hiyori’s free plan includes 20 requests and 2 web searches per day. No payment or separate sign-up is needed to start chatting on WhatsApp. Higher limits are available with a paid plan; see Your space for current options. Limits reset daily and fair-use limits apply.
