Give the draft a little context
Describe the recipient, your goal, and the tone. “A short, friendly follow-up about the document I sent on Monday” is more useful than “Write an email.” Avoid sharing private information that isn’t needed for the draft.
Ask for a different version
You can make a draft shorter, warmer, clearer, or more direct. Ask for two alternatives if you’re not sure what sounds right. You can also paste your own draft and ask Hiyori to improve the wording without changing the meaning.
Review it, then send it yourself
Check names, dates, promises, and tone before copying the result. Hiyori gives you the draft in your chat; it does not send messages or emails to other people on your behalf.
